Attorneys

Walt is an experienced California attorney who practices in the areas of probate, estate planning, and family law. Mr. Johnson attended University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco and was licensed to practice law in 1992.

Mr. Johnson also received a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in 1989 from the University of Minnesota (top 10% of his class) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from in 1986 Wheaton College in Illinois. He has been married for over thirty years and together he and his wife have five children aged 16 to 24.

His goal is to provide compassionate legal advice to each client and help each client effectively navigate through the various legal issues they might encounter. 

Connie is an experienced attorney who handles probate and transactional matters. She graduated from the University of California Hastings College of Law in 1991. She worked as an attorney for a large San Francisco law firm (Thelen, Reid and Priest) for nine years. For those nine years, she spent all of her time reviewing and updating documents in their corporate department, so she is an expert at technical legal language. She was the lead attorney on a $500M transaction which involved over 100 separate legal documents. She is very good at handling intricate legal issues.
